Is vaping actually better than smoking?

Sometimes, the e-juice can cause poisoning if swallowed by mistake or if it gets absorbed via the eyes/skin. As a result of this, e-juices have resulted in numerous cases of lung injuries resulting in unrecoverable damage. Ultimately, this would lead to death. However, the exact cause of this is not known yet. Still, medical professionals would not recommend people to use e-cigarettes.

What is the biggest threat of vaping?

Well, according to researchers, the biggest threat of vaping is that it may renormalize the idea of smoking. This would be bad because smoking is now frowned upon more commonly than it was, let’s say 20 years ago from now. Still in the world, smoking is one of the leading cause of death that can otherwise be prevented. For instance, in the United States alone, smoking causes nearly 480,000 deaths every year.

So, youngsters, kids, and pregnant women should not expose themselves to e-cigarettes. Furthermore, before considering the use of e-cigarettes, people who are struggling to quit cigarettes should try other alternative quitting techniques. This is because scientifically, vapes are not considered to be effective or helpful. So, they might work for some people, but will definitely not be suitable for everyone.

As for the long-term effects of e-cigarettes and vapes on health have not been studied. This is because vapes have not been around for very long. Nevertheless, people are always advised to avoid e-cigarettes and vapes altogether.

They are not healthy, rather, they might be relatively healthy. This means that they will still have some negative health effects.
