Jack's Plastic Welding - El Tigre Cataraft

The El Tigre is Jack's Plastic the gear hauler latest model of cargo cataraft. It features a large 28 inch tube diameter, 12 ft water line, 42 oz double bottom material on top of 35 oz air holding hull fabric, 12 -2 1/2 inch stainless steel D ring patches per tube that are welded on not glued to the boat, 2 heavy duty handles, and rounded cone ends. As you can see from this picture, the El Tigre can be rigged for passenger comfort, and cargo capacity. There are two air chambers per tube. The air chambers have baffles that are cone shaped so that they will extend to approximately 2/3 of the original length if one chamber looses air rapidly. The material is 35-oz high strength welded PVC Coated Polyester. This is the best UV, mildew, and air retentive fabric in the industry. Frame is not included. Repair kit included.
