Many others are made of EMT conduit which is a non-engineered steel and has week points in manufacturing including the electo-seam weld. Since our steel is top grade we are able to use a slightly smaller outside diameter and a slightly thicker wall that is the exact same weight per foot as the EMT conduit yet much stronger! We then powder coat ALL of our frames in house to not only protect from the elements but provide a much more aesthetically pleasing frame then that ugly old conduit.
