The different types of Leafield valves, wrenches and pressure relief valve. Becaue pictures ar worth a million words please look at them carefully. The Pop-up is the stem you see in the middle of the B-7, C-7, and A-7 Valves. With a quarter turn to the right the valve pops up for topping off the raft. A twist to the left opens the valve fully for inflating.

B-7 Leafield Valve
C-7 Leafield Valve
| The B-7 valve was used by Aire prior to 2000 and on NRS boats between 1996 and 1999. It was the best valve available at the time if inflatable rafts. Problem was that the pop-up was on the inside of the boat. Making it hard to replace with out cutting the boot to get it out. |
Post 1999 most manufactures are using this valve. Same quality as the B-7 but with the pop-up on the outside. Making replacement much easier. |

C-7 Valve Wrench

Notice the difference in the wrench pattern on the right. B-7 wrench does not work with the C-7 valve.

The C-7 valve wrench does not work with the B-7 valve.

A-7 Valves are in all Avon rafts. The pop up is on the outside.
This recessed valve boot is different than the military boot. The screw hole pattern is very different.

AD-2 Leafield Valve
Leafield Pressure Relief Valve
Used in Maravia Rafts prior to 2000. This valve was not used in Catarafts or the IK.
This valve can be used in all I-beam floor rafts. Cannot be used in Maravia drop-stitch floors. The threads in the drop-stitch will clog this valve.
This valve is no longer made. We suggest changing to the C-7 Valve with a new valve boot.
