Inflatable Boat Warranty:

Jack\\\'s Plastic Welding Inc. Warranties this product to be free from functional defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years under normal consumer use, and for 5 years under normal outfitter use. Parts attached with adhesives have a full 5-year warranty that is prorated from year 6 through year 10. If any defects should be found call us at 505 334 8748 and we will give you a return authorization number so the product can be returned for repair or replacement of the faulty part.

The performance of inflatable boats is due to many factors outside of our control. Frame systems, rescue and safety training, experience of the participants, and other factors mentioned below, all have an effect on the end use of these products. For these reasons, Jack\\\'s Plastic Welding Inc. and its dealers include no implied warranty of merchantability with any of our products.
