Camp food preparation tables are the proper height for stand-up work, the tops are plywood, which is sealed so it cleans up easily. Legs are held in position by nylon straps; they fold inside the tabletop frame, giving you a 2"-thick platform that fits easily across the stern of a raft of cataraft and is strong enough to support a pile of heavy gear. Legs and framework are the same zinc-plated steel we use in Cambridge raft frames. 2 Sizes to choose from, 16" x 68 " table weighs 30 lbs. the 18" X 72 is a bit more.
